The practical details about choosing OutPost, connecting your accounts and what happens once you begin.
Finding the right fit.
What is the difference between OutPost Business and OutPost Solo?
OutPost Business is shaped around a company: its offers, customers, calendar and commercial goals. OutPost Solo is built for creators, experts and personal brands, balancing content that grows reach, builds relationships and gives the audience a clear next step.
Which plan should I choose?
Launch is for a steady rhythm across one or two accounts. Grow gives you more weekly output and room across more platforms. Scale is for those who want daily visibility and the deepest reporting. You can compare the exact allowances on the Pricing page. If none of them fit, Concierge is our custom tier and you can talk to us about it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You are not locked into the first pace you choose. As your content rhythm or number of accounts changes, you can move to a plan that fits better.
What OutPost actually does.
Will it actually sound like me?
That is the point. OutPost learns your voice from what you tell it, the examples you give it and the changes you make. Your feedback is remembered, so its direction and briefs become more recognisably yours over time.
Does OutPost create all of my content for me?
OutPost handles the thinking around the content: strategy, ideas, briefs, scripts, timing, scheduling and publishing. You remain the person or business inside the content. When a post needs a real photo or video, OutPost tells you what to capture rather than inventing a fake version of your life or business.
Do I still have control over what gets published?
Yes. You can review the plan, change what does not feel right and decide what moves forward. OutPost removes the repetitive work without taking the final say away from you.
Does OutPost get better over time?
Yes. It learns from your feedback, your edits, and once enough connected-account evidence exists, what is actually performing. That helps the strategy, ideas and timing become more useful week by week.
From plan to published.
Does OutPost publish directly to my social accounts?
Yes. Scheduling and direct publishing are included across every plan. You connect and control your own accounts; OutPost never needs your social-media password or manually logs in as you.
How many accounts can I connect?
Launch supports up to two connected accounts, Grow up to three and Scale up to five. The account can be on whichever supported platforms make sense for your content and plan.
Do I have to post every day?
No. Your plan sets the maximum rhythm, not an obligation. OutPost is designed to create a pace you can sustain, whether that is a few useful posts each week or daily visibility.
Starting with OutPost.
Do I choose a plan before I get started?
Yes. Choose the pace and number of connected accounts that fit you, then continue into the appropriate Business or Solo onboarding. Your selected plan shapes the system from the beginning.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Monthly plans offer flexibility; annual plans reduce the effective monthly price. The Pricing page shows both options and the current saving.
A useful place to begin.
What does the free social-media audit show me?
The audit reviews evidence from your own account to identify your strongest content signals, the patterns affecting consistency and the most useful next steps. It is a diagnosis of your account, not a comparison with somebody else’s.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The audit is free and separate from an OutPost customer account. If you decide to continue, its intelligence can carry into setup so you do not have to start again from a blank page.
Is my audit private?
Yes. The audit is private. OutPost temporarily imports the account and performance evidence needed to build it, and explains the connection and consent before anything is accessed.
